STEP 1

Send us your list

If you already know what you want, send us the list of equipment you need and your Pick up date and Return date. You can include any equipment you need even if we don’t have it, we will try to get it for your order.

STEP 2

Get Quote

We will soon send you a quote for your order. This will now have the correct pricing such as the weekend to one day charge or one week to 3 days charge.

STEP 3

Create Account

Now you have your final quote, create an account and quickly fill out your information. 

STEP 4

Insurance/Confirmation

Insurance is only required if the Full Replacement Value is over $10,000. However, we strongly suggest carrying insurance for your rentals.If you don’t have it, we will place a hold on your credit card.

STEP 5

Pickup

Come in to prepare and pickup your order. Double check your equipment is what you ordered. Pickups happen after 2:00pm on your pickup date but we can be flexible with that time if you let us know.

STEP 6

Return Day

After your shoot, return your equipment on your return date before 11:00am. Let us know ahead of time if you will be late or need a later drop off time. We will check everything in and let you know if there is anything damaged or missing.
